Return & Exchange Policy For All Items
The returns policy relates only to BetterAir merchandise was purchased only through www.betterair.com.au or by telephone at 03 8586 0500. Please consult the respective store returns policy for BetterAir merchandise purchased through retailers, wholesalers, or other e-commerce stores.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on any items unless the item is faulty.
All exchanges must be authorised within seven (7) days of original receipt of delivery.
Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance” cannot be returned.
All authorised transactions will be credited to the original payment method used, less the original shipping and handling fees charged to you. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
Refunds And Processing
We endeavour to process all refunds as soon as possible however, please note that it could take approximately 7 business days after the product is received back and verified.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
You will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Until our warehouse confirms receipt of your item and we inspect the item so that it meets our return and/or exchange criteria, we will be unable to issue a refund. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returned packages. We endeavour to action all returns and exchanges as quickly as possible but please note that processing could take up to 5-10 business days of our warehouse receiving your item.
